Crown Poker Club to Host USOP Special Warm Up Week Ahead of USOP Grand Finale

Not long ago, the Hanoi based Crown Poker Club partnered up with the U Series Of Poker (USOP) for the return of live poker in Hai Phong and the duo will also be cooperating once more for the USOP Grand Finale. One of the most highly-anticipated live poker events of the year in Vietnam will take place from November 29 until December 11, 2024, and promises scintillating action with VND 100 Billion in guaranteed prize pools.

This represents the biggest guarantee in USOP history and Vietnam with the spectacle set to take place at the Pullman Grand Hotel in Hai Phong City Central. To prepare for this exciting conclusion of major live poker events in Vietnam, Crown has created the Special Warm-Up Week from November 21 to 27, 2024 at it’s own venue in Hanoi. Four marquee events headline the schedule, which includes 20 tournaments and 13 satellites.

USOP Special  Warm Up Week At Crown Poker Club

Kicking off the USOP Special Warm Up is the VND 11 Million buy in Main Event which runs from the opening day of the series until Sunday, November 24 and features a stellar guarantee of VND 4 Billion. There are four different starting days available with 25 to 30-minute levels in each flight and the duration increases to 35 minutes on Day 2.

Following into these footsteps is the VND 8.8 Million buy in Crown Championship, which boasts a VND 3 Billion guarantee to go with it from November 25 to 27. Each of the four flights plays down to the money with 12.5% of the participants set to advance. The first three Day 1 have a 30-minute clock, the final turbo heat runs at 25 minutes per each level.

Deeper pockets are required for the other two key events, which includes the VND 33 Million buy in High Roller DeepStack on the first two days and the VND 55 Million buy in Super High Roller. High-stakes regulars can also showcase their talents in other Side Events such as two Single Day High Rollers with VND 22 Million price tags.

The Sunday SuperStack comes with the same moderate VND 8.8 Million buy-in on November 24, whereas the closing Wednesday Wonder is all about the sixes. A buy-in of VND 6.6 Million will award at last VND 666 Million in prize money.

Early Bird Packages

To prepare for this in-house live poker series, Crown offers poker enthusiasts from near and far an Early Bird Package with three different options, all of which include a stay at the five-star Pullman Hotel Hanoi within short walking distance from the poker club.

The Main Event Basic includes four nights stay and entry to the Main Event at an expense of VND 19 Million (~USD 750), whereas the Main Event Premium includes the Crown Championship Event as well. Along with seven nights of accommodation, this option costs VND 34 Million (~USD 1,343).

Last but not least, the High Roller package has the same seven nights stay and includes the buy-ins for the High Roller Deepstack and the Super High Rollers, players can then pick between the two Single Day High Rollers as well. The most expensive package comes at an expense of VND 117 Million (~USD 4,621).

All of these three options have the free airport pick-up and drop-off included, as well as a deluxe room with breakfast for two people. On top of that, all players joining the Main Event will benefit from the bubble protection as well.

Once this exciting warm-up festival in Hanoi has concluded, many of the participants will make the short trip west to Hai Phong. The USOP Grand Finale 2024 is the second stop of the two brands in the coastal city in the current year, set to shake up live poker history in Vietnam. With it’s massive VND 100 Billion in guarantees across 69 tournaments, it raises the bar in the country to a new level.
