- Payment Methods: Commissions and bonuses will be paid to users via the payment method chosen during registration. Payments are usually processed on or before the 30th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
- Minimum Payout: If the commission payable to the user for any calendar month is below the minimum payout threshold (e.g. $100) the payment will be rolled over to the next month until the minimum amount is met.
- Chargebacks and Adjustments: Somuchpoker may adjust payments for overpayments, chargebacks and currency conversions. Any fraud or breach of the terms by the user will result in commission forfeiture.

Somuchpoker is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content on our website. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
