Ceesvin was a in a fantastic spot to double up, and his hand stayed in the lead on the 3♦ 3♠ 7♠ flop. However, a devastating J♥ on the turn propelled Lynskey in front, leaving Ceesvin with three shots at survival.

An 8♦ on the river wasn't what Ceesvin needed, and he was eliminated in the unlucky 13th place.

Abraham Ceesvin opened for 250,000 leaving 2,000 chips behind. Yuhang Chen went all-in on the big blind and Ceesvin called.

Upon seeing Chen's hand, Ceesvin went, "Looks good, looks good." The dealer flopped a board of 2♠ 4♣ 6♥ 3♣ 3♥ And with the board completed Ceesvin doubled up.

Alexander Lynskey opened for 60,000, and Yuhang Chen called. When the action folded to the blinds, Abraham Ceesvin re-raised to 100,000, leaving himself with only 48,000 chips behind. Lynskey responded with a four-bet to 180,000. Chen considered his options and then made the call, creating a 65,000 side pot.

The dealer flopped J♥ 9♦ 8♦ , and both players checked. Lynskey kept up the pressure by betting 160,000 on the 5♥ turn. Chen called.

On the river 4♦ , Lynskey continued, which perplexed Chen. He took some time to consider the hand, using a time bank card. In the end, he mucked his hand, and Lynskey scooped the 385,000 side pot.

Mehdi then took a moment and counted off a re-raise to 180,000. Ceesvin folded almost immediately, and a jubilant Mehdi exclaimed, "YES!" and showed his Q♦ J♦ bluff.
