Xiao Yao bulldozed through the Single Day NLH to become the first player to win a Jin Bei Cup title! After delivering the bubble, Xiao Yao was unstoppable at the final table. He knocked out Tom Dwan and Ge Zhong simultaneously then cleaned out five more players for a well deserved victory. He locked up the largest payout of US$ 131,000.

Xia Feng's luck has run out. On his third showdown with chip leader Xiao Yao, Feng's A♠ 6♠ is outdrawn by Xiao Yao's A♣ 3♣ on a board 9♠ 3♦ 2♦ 8♥ K♣ . Feng finishes in 3rd place.

Short stacked Xia Feng stages a comeback with two double ups back to back against the leader Xiao Yao. First hand Feng lands a straight with Q♣ 4♦ to beat Xiao Yao's K♦ 8♠ on a board 8♠ 6♥ 3♦ 2♦ 5♠ .

On the next double up Feng's A♥ 8♦ stays ahead against K♥ T♦ on a board 7♣ 8♠ J♥ 2♣ 6♣ .

All in preflop Xia Feng A♠ K♣ , at risk is Mic with Q♥ T♦ , board comes 3♠ 8♦ 3♥ 8♠ T♠ and Mic roars at the rivered pair to stay in the game.

Jhon Tanaka limps from the button, small blind Xiao Yao limps as well, big blind Xia Feng shoves, Tanaka gives it a thought then gets his short stack in as Wang folds. Tanaka is ahead A♣ T♥ to Feng's A♦ 2♣ but when the board drops a two and completes J♣ 2♥ 3♥ 9♠ 9♥ , Tanaka is eliminated in 4th place.

Button Xiao Yao opens, big blind Ken Lin defends. At the flop A♦ J♣ 3♠ , Xiao Yao bets 320,000, Lin calls with less and opens K♥ 9♦ , Xiao Yao has A♣ 4♣ top pair. The turn and river Q♣ 4♠ further improves the leader to send Lin out in 5th place.

From the button, Travis open shoves A♣ 9♣ and runs into Xiao Yao's A♥ J♣ . With the board running T♠ 6♥ K♠ 5♣ Q♥ , Xiao Yao claims another head.

Liu Jiang is forced all on the big blind with just 110,000 remainiing after the ante, under the gun Xiao Yao raises 250,000, no callers. Liu is dominated 6♦ 8♠ to Xiao Yao's 8♥ 8♣ , board is no help running A♣ 3♠ 2♥ 7♠ J♥ . Liu goes out in 7th place.

Travis is all in with A♥ J♥ and survives the race against chip leader Xiao Yao with 8♣ 8♥ on a board A♦ 3♥ 6♠ K♦ 4♥ .
